<div>About You:</div>

<li>You will understand integrated campaigns and the marketing mix. You will have a strong understanding of the US collegiate landscape and experience in delivering to the student demographic. You will have experience in developing, creating and deploying marketing campaigns in line with a campaign’s creative direction and vision.</li>
<li>You will be up to date with the latest trends and best practices, with a special focus on the youth and student audience – with the ability to adapt quickly to what is an ever-evolving audience. <div>The Role: This will be a hands-on role predominantly working remotely within North America, with a preference for East Coast timezone, managing projects across the US and Canadian markets. There will be requirement for work travel to meet with clients and field work on site across multiple states and territories, including occasional travel to the UK headquarters. The role will be fully remote, however you will be provided with a WeWork membership and expected to complete 3 days per week within the office space.&nbsp;</div>

<li>You will be expected to manage a team of up to 3 and bridge the gap between client and agency, ensuring campaigns are planned and delivered to a high specification and ensuring account growth and supporting increased revenue into the agency.&nbsp;</li>
<li>You will report directly to the Global Marketing Director (PST based) and will be a key component in driving the agency forward via excellent account management and client development skills. You will work closely with the GMD to ensure every project is planned and delivered to a high specification whilst also spotting areas of account growth and proactively ensuring these areas are taken advantage of through proposal writing and pitching.</li>
<li>Responsible for managing campaign budgets, ensuring the retention, profitability and growth of client accounts.  </li>
<li>Manage the work, performance, and professional development of more junior team members – ensuring Directors are aware of areas of improvement and success</li>
<li>Identify ways to grow current client accounts through new opportunities. Developing and converting new business opportunities with existing and future agency clients – and executing proposals and pitch responses to secure extra revenue.</li>
<li>Manage finance accurately, ensuring all client accounts hit profitability and growth targets and specific finance reporting requirements, as per client and agency requirements.</li>

About You
You're a production and logistics focused individual who thrives on organising seamless logistics processes for sampling campaigns, creating awe-inspiring event production and has an interest in designing &amp; planning industry leading AV setups for one off events, festivals and product launches. You’re driven by understanding finding efficiencies in logistics ensuring profitabilities across the agency and using your knowledge of event production to push the agency forward.
You’ll be hands-on in responding to production and logistics briefs, developing innovative brand activations and communicating progress back to the Senior Leadership Team. You can think creatively and can collaborate with suppliers and internal design teams to ensure world-class physical output.
You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects, and contributing to pitches. Most importantly, you bring energy, fresh ideas, and a deep understanding of the events industry.

The Role
This will be a hands-on role predominantly working on the UK market but work will be required on European and Global accounts (and therefore some travel may also be required). It will be mainly office based within the Raptor Live Events Team and will involve field work – for example, on student campuses, at nightclubs and at festivals, should the campaigns require it. You will also be required to manage our warehouse spaces and create fulfilment plans for campaigns.
