<div><br>We’re now looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and help bring Raptor’s marketing strategy to life. This is a hands-on role for someone who is naturally curious, creative and plugged into youth culture, with a particular passion for social media and content.</div>
<div><br>You’ll have genuine ownership of Raptor’s social channels, working within our existing marketing strategy and with support from the New Business &amp; Marketing Director. You’ll also support the wider marketing strategy across content, events, PR, awards, research and new business initiatives.</div>

<div><strong>About You:</strong></div>
<div>We’re looking for someone at the start of their marketing career who is hungry to learn, confident enough to have an opinion and proactive enough to make things happen.</div>
<div><br>You’ll ideally have at least one year of agency or relevant marketing experience, but attitude, creativity and potential are just as important as your CV.</div>
<div><br><strong>You will:</strong></div>

<li>Have an understanding of integrated marketing and the marketing mix.</li>
<li>Have experience supporting the development and delivery of marketing campaigns or initiatives.</li>
<li>Have experience managing social media channels, ideally including LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.</li>
<li>Have a genuine understanding of, and curiosity about, youth culture, students and Gen Z.</li>
<li>Have strong written communication skills and an ability to bring personality to your work.</li>
<li>Be interested in developing your skills across content, social and wider agency marketing.</li>

<div><strong>The Role:</strong></div>
<div>This is a junior role, but one with plenty of responsibility.</div>
<div>You won’t be expected to define the overall marketing strategy, that’s already in place. Instead, you’ll help turn that strategy into great work, taking ownership of day-to-day delivery and looking for new ways to make Raptor more visible, relevant and talked about within the industry.</div>
<div><br>A big part of your role will be owning Raptor’s social presence across LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram. You’ll be responsible for creating and coordinating content, spotting opportunities, managing the channels and understanding what is working.</div>
<div><br>You’ll also get involved in a broad range of marketing activity, from supporting the Raptor Academy and industry events to award entries, PR campaigns, focus groups, surveys and initiatives designed to support our new business ambitions.</div>
<div><br>The role will be predominantly office-based within the Raptor marketing team, but will also involve getting out and about, visiting campuses and youth hotspots, attending events and capturing content from across the agency and our work.</div>
<div><br>You’ll work closely with the New Business &amp; Marketing Director, who will provide direction, support and development as you grow into the role.&nbsp;</div>

<div><strong>The Role</strong><br>As Social Lead, you’ll shape Raptor’s social thinking across our global business.</div>
<div>Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll lead social strategy across existing accounts and new-business opportunities, while managing and developing our junior social talent.</div>
<div>Raptor has a distinctive advantage. Our relationships with young people, creators and communities give us direct access to the conversations, behaviours and ideas shaping youth culture. You’ll turn that understanding into relevant social strategies, ideas and content for brands.</div>
<div>You’ll bring social into briefs from the beginning, connecting it to our community programmes, creator partnerships and live experiences. You’ll help ensure social isn’t treated as an afterthought or simply a place to document what happened.</div>
<div>Alongside this, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of clients’ social accounts, making sure content calendars, publishing, community management and reporting are delivered to a consistently high standard. You’ll set the direction, keep the work moving and step in when needed, while giving the team the support and space to deliver.</div>
<div>You’ll also be confident in front of clients, explaining how platforms are evolving, where their brand has a credible role and how social can contribute to wider marketing and commercial objectives.</div>

<div><strong>Your Responsibilities Will Include:</strong><br>Leading the development of social strategies across client accounts, campaigns and pitches.<br>Turning community insight, audience behaviour and platform developments into clear opportunities for brands.<br>Defining the role of each channel, including where a brand should appear, how it should behave and what it should create.<br>Bringing social thinking into creative briefs and integrated campaigns from the outset.<br>Shaping content calendars, creative briefs, reactive ideas, recurring formats and creator partnerships.<br>Reviewing social ideas and content, giving clear direction that improves the final output.<br>Building social amplification into experiential campaigns before, during and after the live moment.<br>Presenting and selling social thinking to clients and senior stakeholders.<br>Using performance data and social listening to improve the work and identify new opportunities.<br>Working with paid-media specialists to connect strong organic content with intelligent amplification.<br>Managing and developing Raptor’s junior social team through clear direction, feedback and coaching.<br>Collaborating with creative, production and client teams across our global network.<br>Raising the standard of Raptor’s own channels, using them to showcase our people, thinking, culture and work.<br>Supporting account growth and new business by identifying where social can add value.</div>
<div><br><strong>Experience</strong><br>At least five years’ experience working in social, ideally across an agency, brand or creator environment.<br>Meaningful hands-on experience managing channels, developing content and building audiences.<br>A strong portfolio of social work that demonstrates creative instinct and strategic thinking.<br>Experience developing and presenting social strategies for recognised consumer brands.<br>A strong understanding of creators, communities and user-generated content.<br>Experience briefing and working with creators, designers, photographers, filmmakers and editors.<br>The confidence to lead client conversations, contribute to pitches and defend your recommendations.<br>Experience managing or mentoring junior social talent.<br>A working understanding of community management, content production, paid amplification and measurement.<br>Personal experience as a creator or building your own audience would be a significant advantage.</div>
<div><br><strong>Location, Flexibility and Travel</strong><br>This is a UK-based role with regular collaboration in London for creative development, client meetings, pitches, shoots and team development.</div>
<div>You’ll also work remotely with colleagues and clients across the US and wider Raptor network. Some UK and international travel may be required for major shoots, activations and campaign moments.</div>
<div>We aim to communicate travel and in-person requirements as far in advance as possible.</div>
